Deferred Dispostion
The judge may, in its sole discretion, defer disposition on most cases to keep the violation from showing on your driving record. Cost must be paid when the court grants deferred. If you complete the required terms, the case is dismissed. The deferred period may not exceed 180 days.

If you are interested in a possible deferral, you must contact the court on or before the initial appearance date listed on the citation for an arraignment date.
