Pay Overview

Pay Day: Bi-weekly pay - Every other Friday
Direct Deposit: Effective immediately
Longevity Pay: All Full-Time employees accumulate longevity pay at a rate of $4.00 per month for each completed year of service, up to 25 years

Each permanent full-time employee shall earn vacation leave as follows: 

Full-Time Fire Personnel*

0-2 Years 80 hours 120 Hours

2-5 Years 120 Hours 168 Hours

5-20 Years 160 Hours 216 Hours

20+ Years 200 Hours 264 Hours

*Fire is calculated on a 24 hour shift

Sick

A regular, full- time employee shall earn twelve (12) days of sick leave per year at the rate of eight (8) hours per month. 
Shift Firefighters shall earn (6) 24 hour days of sick leave per year at the rate of 12 hours per month.

Bereavement Leave

Three (3) working days per occurrence.
